We are Fauna Coffee

If we have ever served you a cup of coffee... you are a BIG part of building our dream and the reason why we love what we do.

Here at Fauna Coffee we are deeply committed to the ingredients we choose — clean, organic, and always intentional, because if we wouldn’t enjoy it ourselves , we would never want it in your cup.

Fauna means: Animal life - which was the heart of where we came up with our name. We had a passion for both coffee and animals as Chris spent many years as a snake breader and growing up with a Zoo at home.
So we wanted to combine our two passion. We began dreaming about opeing up our own place in 2018 as we spent many hours in coffee shops with clients & editng photos. ( We are also Wedding Photographers).

So after a lot of prayer, a few set backs & God stretching us , we took a leap of faith & invested in our coffee cart in 2022.

God quickly opened a door for us to begin placing a few roots in Fallbrook , Ca - at a small farmstand. Which quickly turned into us purchasing our little trailer. Our tried and true - Blue.
We met so many beautiful people during our time there & were blown away by the community we built there. We were living our dream.

In 2025 we began roasting our own beans which has been such an exciting craft to learn.
Our beans are always fresh & small batch roasted.

Since then we have moved fully mobile & now focus on Weddings , Events and Pop ups with the dream of opening up our own shop some day.
